Modern 2 bedrooms apartment with spacious 50m covered terrace and a balcony in Casablanca city. The apartment has a splendid location, fully equipped, and is very convenient for everything you'll need (Shops, restaurants, Cafe, supermarkets, barber,beauty saloon..) The space You will feel very comfortable and serene in this cozy 2 bedroom apartment with its large surface. The apartment is newly furnished and offers access by walking distance to everything you'll need. Supermarket is right at the door of the building; multiple choices of restaurants are in front of the building and more of them by walking distance. Car rental offices and taxis are available easily. The master bedroom uses a comfortable double bed, and has a full blackout curtains. The apartment also has another bedroom with a double bed. 2 Terraces are available for our guests (1 of them is covered and fully furnished). There is a large living room in the apartments that allows 2 guests to sleep comfortable. Also enjoy the comfort of 2 smart TV's that gives you access to all your favorite platforms (youtube, Be in sports...). The whole apartment offers blackout curtains if you need them. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with a toaster, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more. We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and others. Other things to note Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation. Please return the access card and keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of MAD 350 per card. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home!
