The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary dream, offering a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, and a variety of utensils and appliances. For your convenience, the apartment includes a dedicated washer and dryer, available for you to use! If you're traveling by car, we're located outside the "Area C," offering fee-less access with nearby underground parking options. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal, and a washer and dryer are located in the flat for private use. The main door is an armored door, and the room windows are fitted with wooden louvered shutters. A doorman is on hand if you need anything: Monday to Saturday, 8:00–12:00. The kitchen leads to a private terrace, ideal for dining or relaxing during the summer months. Please note that the flat is on the first floor without an elevator, and the stairs may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. If you need assistance with your luggage, please let us know, and we will arrange for someone to help you both on your arrival and departure dates. If you are coming by car, you will be able to use the parking garage "Parcheggio XXV Aprile" (located a few minutes away from the listing) at no additional cost!
