The space Located in the center of La Vegueta, the house is bathed in natural light all day. The common areas are designed to encourage good conversations over tea, and the game room can be used to enjoy a good book, a movie together, or some stretching at the end of the day. The room you will stay in is spacious and focused on rest. While maintaining simplicity, no detail has been overlooked. If you choose to stay in this room, you will share a large bathroom with other guests. *Please note that there are two steps to access the room. Guest access The bedroom area is separate from the common areas to ensure your rest. The heart of the house is the large kitchen-dining area, where you can share a good conversation over tea or a snack. There is a backyard where you can enjoy breakfast or a good book. Additionally, there is a room for relaxing, reading, doing yoga, or simply unwinding for a while. And if you prefer, you can enjoy the morning sun on the main terrace or in a corner of the garden. During your stay I've been living in Lanzarote for several years, so I'll be happy to share various recommendations with you. You can also try calling me😉 Other things to note 100% of the water used by the house is recycled. Nevertheless, I ask you to use this limited resource responsibly on the island. Additionally, I strongly urge you not to flush any paper, tampons, or wipes down the toilet, even if they are biodegradable. Hot water, heated by solar panels, is abundant but limited, so please keep this in mind. Avoid turning on unnecessary lights. This house is a safe space where you can enjoy your vacation responsibly, so I hope you share my commitment to the environment. Lastly, please be aware that if you choose to spend your vacation here, you have selected a rural area where there may be occasional water or power outages, among other inconveniences.
