Luxury accommodation nestled in the corner of the square in the historic village of Falkland. Warbeck House offers magical night time views of the Bruce Fountain and Falkland Palace. The spiral staircase in the tower provides access to a beautifully furnished reception room, bedrooms, and a wonderfully spacious master suite with dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Each room has charm and character, making this a stylish place to relax or dine with family and friends. The space This stunning C-Listed, 19th century building is accessed via a cobbled passageway. The front door leads directly onto the tower stair case. 1st floor comprises of large reception room with 3 double sofas, wood burner, dining table and chairs, and smart TV. A large family kitchen, bathroom, and king size (or twin) bedroom with writing desk and chair are also found on the 1st floor. On the mid level you will find a bedroom 2, a quirky gabled double room with walk in dressing/storage room. A spacious suite, with unique views of the square occupies the top floor. Tastefully furnished with super king bed, sofa with foot stool, desk and chair, it also has a walk through dressing room and full ensuite bathroom. Toiletries, bed linen and towels are provided. All beds have mattress toppers for comfort. There is no garden but Falkland Estate with pretty woodland walks and hill access is a short walk away. Due to its' age and character this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Young children should be supervised on the stairs. Guest access Guests can access the entire property. Entry is from street level and there is a key safe for quick and easy arrival.
