Fixed on 12 acres of beautiful elevated land just 15 minutes from Downtown Belmont, 10 minutes from the Belmont Public Boat Launch, and right across the street from Lake Wylie! Bring your family and bring your boat because there’s plenty of parking, acreage to explore, and memories to be made! Must be 25 to book! Please: no parties and no small gatherings. We allow up to 4 guests on the property, additional guests must be identified and approved. The space The Catawba Ridge Cottage is a brand new 600 square-foot tiny home with gorgeous views from porches on either side remotely fixed on 12 ACRES just 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Belmont! Plenty of trailer / boat parking! “CRC” offers, two bedroom bedrooms, and one full bathroom, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and full-size stackable washer and dryer. Guest access Must be 25 to book! Guest will have access to the entire 12 acres. We only ask that guest stay away from the owners, private property storage containers -barns . we also offer full hookup rv site , on this property you can book thru hip camp app, so you may see a camper during your exploration of the property. Other things to note 💙 You will have dedicated personal support from a local property manager throughout your stay! No automated responses to questions and no robots! Catawba cottage info: Do not flush toiletries or wipes in the toilet. (We’re on septic system.) Place trash in the outside can or front porch at check out. Help yourself to any unopened snacks or beverages that are available. No charge. Wi-Fi available and Roku tv, with spectrum, ESPN, Netflix Netflix apps etc. No smoking, vaping or burning of candles or incense inside the home; smoking is allowed outdoors, preventing smoke from blowing back into the home. There is a black pull handle on the side of the recliner, too release the reclining mechanism. With the switches on in the bedroom, fan is controlled by the remote on the side of the nightstand. No pets of any kind are allowed to control allergens that other guests may have allergies . No loud noises, including guns, fireworks, music.etc.
