Because of this prime location, you may hear some city and nightlife activity in the evenings. Although the apartment is on a high floor, light urban noise is still possible. If you're a very light sleeper or seeking complete silence, please consider whether this location is the right fit for your trip. Please Respect Our Residential Community PR Urban Spot is located in a residential condominium, and maintaining a positive relationship with our neighbors and the Building Owners Association is extremely important to us. We kindly ask all guests to respect our community by following these simple house rules: Be courteous and respectful to residents at all times. Please wear appropriate clothing while in all common areas. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Avoid loud conversations, music, or parties during quiet hours. Many long-time residents are still adapting to short-term rentals, so your kindness and consideration help us continue welcoming guests in the future. Power & Water Like many Caribbean islands, Puerto Rico occasionally experiences island-wide power outages or temporary water interruptions due to the public utility infrastructure. These situations are beyond our control. The building is equipped with emergency generators that provide power to the common areas and elevators, and the building also has a water reserve system. Please note that the apartment itself is not connected to the building's generator. In the event of a power outage, we provide: Flashlights Portable battery packs for charging cell phones Families with Children The condominium features open-air, balcony-style hallways. If you're traveling with children, please supervise them carefully at all times while in the common areas.
