Although the building does not look modern from the outside, don't be discouraged, our apartment is perfectly remodeled and is in the perfect location to fully enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico. You leave the building and you will be right in the neighborhood nightlife with a variety of atmosphere, restaurants and bars. Also take it into account that as you are very close to this area, and even though we are on a high floor, you can hear part of the festive atmosphere on the outskirts in the night. Take it into account for your type of trip and dream That this is a residential building. It is vital for us to maintain good relations with our community and the Building Owners Association, therefore, we appreciate you following our "common rules of stay" during the days you stay at PR Urban Spot. Many of the older residents are still adjusting to the AirBnB concept. Please be polite at all times. Also, it is important that they have appropriate clothing in common areas. Let's avoid loud noises after 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Like any island, having an old electrical system can sometimes see general power outages which are totally out of our control, as well as interruptions to the water system. However, the building has electric generators that will provide service to the common areas and elevators during that time, as well as water. Inside the property we DONT have generator we provide in this case Flashligts and external battery for charges cellphones. The building's hallways are open balcony style. If you visit us with minors, please take due precautions.
