The space Come enjoy all the High Country has to offer as you stay at Lilly's Mountain Escape. This cozy mountain home has an unbeatable location, just a short walk from downtown Banner Elk or a short drive to the towns of Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain. On the main level, guests can enjoy a beautiful kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and stunning custom cabinets. Around the corner, you and your family will love to spend evenings gathering in the living room, with a gas log fireplace and large Smart TV. From the main level, you can step outside to access the main wrap-around covered porch, with a hot tub and gas grill. It is the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains or exploring Banner Elk. Going up to the second floor, you will find the primary suite with a king bed, a private TV, a welcoming gas fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom that offers a luxurious soaking tub and a beautiful tiled shower. From the primary suite, you can step onto the upper wrap-around deck and enjoy the mountain air. Down the hall, you will find the second king bedroom, which also offers a private TV and access to the upper deck. The third bedroom is nearby with the final king bed and private TV. The shared bathroom is located conveniently in the hallway near these rooms. Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Ski Resorts are each under 15 minutes from the home. Banner Elk offers multiple dining establishments such as Bodega's, Sorrento's, Stonewall, Bayou Smokehouse & Grill, and more. The Garage is used for owner storage and is not available for guest use. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway with additional street parking available. Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 2 mature dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
