Our cosy cottage in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is an ideal base for exploring this stunning part of Pembrokeshire, or relaxing in the sun listening to the sound of the sea. So our guests feel at home from the minute they arrive, we provide a welcome basket of local food and home-made goodies to help you recover from your journey. The Milking Parlour can be rented with one or both of our other cottages, the Granary and the Cart House, to provide accommodation for up to 12 people. The space The Milking Parlour at East Trewent Farm is comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious living/dining room with a comfortable seating area and a dining table that easily accommodates four people. The double bedroom with its half-panelled walls, Welsh woollen throw and cushions is pretty and cosy and has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. We aim to buy local as much as possible, for example providing body and hair wash made by a Pembrokeshire business specialising in organic products. The Milking Parlour kitchen has had a makeover this year, with French windows opening onto the field at the back of the cottage - ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun. Spacious and well-equipped, it has a full-size oven and hob, and a good sized fridge-freezer as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. We're just waiting for new photographs and will update the listing asap. Outside to the front of the cottage is your own patio with table, chairs and sunshade, the ideal place to relax with a drink in the sunshine. Guests share use of the grassy field and are welcome to borrow a barbecue for a bit of al fresco cooking. We welcome well-behaved dogs though we do ask that guests don't allow them on the bed or on the furniture. Guest access As well as your own patio, you share the use of the field at the back of the property with other guests. There is ample parking in the farmyard close to your cottage. Other things to note We're a short walk, and an even shorter car drive, away from Freshwater East beach, close to Stackpole Quay, Barafundle, Broadhaven South and host of other beautiful beaches. Pembroke, with its stunning castle, is a few minutes' drive, the harbour town of Tenby is very close and we're surrounded by a host of other natural and man-made attractions.
