The apartment is located in a building on Avenida Atlântica, in downtown Balneário Camboriú. The location is unparalleled, it has EVERYTHING you need nearby: tourist spots, shops, restaurants, snack bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, parties and the like. # APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE SEA VIEW!!! The space The space is small, but it's functional! Integrated living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning. We usually provide an extra mattress as well. We care about providing guests with a clean and tidy environment, so cleaning is done before each stay and bed/bath linens are cleaned and prepared for a comfortable stay. Guest access You will have access to everything in the property, as well as A PARKING SPACE that best accommodates your car. Our goal is to make you feel at home! SWIMMING POOLS: The building has two swimming pools. Their use is CONDITIONED on the presentation of a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE + IDENTITY DOCUMENT for the preparation of a control/security card for the pool. [card is made in the building's administration, from Monday to Friday] TERRACE: where the pools are located; the terrace has deck chairs and an unparalleled panoramic view of the beach, AMAZING! Undoubtedly the perfect place to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. Other things to note # FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1. Payment: When booking, you will pay the full amount to the site that will keep the money until your arrival. We don't receive anything until you arrive. - All payment terms are provided by Airbnb itself. 2. Contact outside Airbnb: The site blocks messages with phone numbers and email. Phone numbers are only made available after the reservation is made. 3. Swimming pool: to use it you have to bring a medical certificate proving that you are able to use a shared pool (such as those that ask for swimming/water aerobics). 4. Does the apartment have a sea view? No. 5. How many parking spaces are there? One. 6. Do you have air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms? Yes. 7. Do you provide bed linen? Yes, 2 full beds and one towel for each guest. 8. What floor is the apartment on? 12th. 9. Can I bring my dog? We do not have the structure to receive animals, even if they are small. 10.
