Prepare to de-stress and to be mesmerized by the continuous influence of the sunlight and the sea throughout the villa. The villa offers a spectacular indoor-outdoor living experience which opens onto the infinity pool deck and boasts breathtaking views of the islands Saba, St. Eustatius and St.Kitts. The home defines true tranquility. Listen to the surf as sip your coffee in the morning or make a sunset toast watching nature's greatest light show over the sea. The space The villa was designed and built by local architect, Martin Grandtner of Studiomart Architects. It has a clean, tranquil and modern character. The interior is designed in a minimal, but comfortable way to create a calming effect. The villa has 4 bedrooms in total, three bedrooms in the main house and a queen en-suite on the lower level with private entry to the gardens. On the top level you will find two queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The master suite is located on the main level with a private entry leading to the pool area. This room has a single king size bed with a corner window allowing unobstructed views to the sea. Just beside the villa, you will find our own spacious garden overlooking the indigo colored sea. This is a beautiful space to let your worries go or sip a cocktail while entertaining by the grill. April 2024 update: We're thrilled to have you stay with us. It's an exciting time in our community as Indigo Bay is undergoing enhancements, including the development of a five-star boutique resort. This project is just getting started, so it shouldn’t impact the peace and serenity of your stay. Adjacent to our villa, a new property is under construction. This work is intermittent, but please rest assured that our neighborhood adheres to strict guidelines to minimize disturbances: construction ceases by 5:30 PM on weekdays, 4 PM on Saturdays, and is paused on Sundays and public holidays. We expect your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable, and we appreciate your understanding as our community grows. Guest access Our gorgeous villa in paradise is nestled in the hillside of the Indigo Bay Estates only a short walk to the beach. Within a 5-minute drive, you have reached the Carrefour, the nearest big grocery store with many international products: American, Caribbean, and European. Within a 5 minute drive in the opposite direction, you have reached the Simpson Bay area where many restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are located. The resort offers 24 hour gated security for optimum privacy and safety. Other things to note December 2025 update: We’ve added new photos of Bedroom 4, taken on December 2, 2025, to give a clear sense of the current view, including the neighboring construction site. During the week we stayed at the villa, we didn’t hear any noise from the work or experience any disruption at all, but in the spirit of full transparency, we want to note that construction is still ongoing. As always, we’ll continue sharing updates so guests can plan their stay with as much clarity as possible while our community continues to grow and evolve. April 2024 update: We're thrilled to share that our Indigo Bay community is embarking on some exciting enhancements, including the development of a five-star boutique resort. The beach has been beautifully upgraded, further enhancing our picturesque setting. This project is in its early stages, ensuring minimal impact on the tranquil atmosphere of your stay. Right next to our villa, construction on a new property is underway. While the work is intermittent, there are strict rules the must obey such as keeping disturbances to a minimum: construction must conclude by 5:30 PM on weekdays and 4 PM on Saturdays, and no work is allowed on Sundays and public holidays. September 2021 update: The villa underwent many updates! To mention a few, A/C was installed in the living room/kitchen area for your comfort. All beds have new mattresses. The outdoor garden space has been reworked and landscaped for your outdoor entertainment (and sunset views)! All spaces in the villa have ocean view and all 4 bedrooms are accommodated with air-conditioning The open living space and pool area are cooled by the natural Caribbean breeze Our home can host 6 adults comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms Open kitchen area with kitchen island bar and stools and outside covered dining area Living area overlooking garden area with large TV High speed fiber-optic internet with Wifi coverage in every room Energy conscious sliding doors in the main living area will automatically turn off the air conditioning if left open Infinity pool as part of the living area, making it attractive and accessible at all times.
