The space Big, modern open plan family home on the water with direct access to the beach from private pontoon. Master with large private balcony and 3 bedrooms upstairs for all the family. Separate Rumpus room, open plan Living/ Dining opening onto very large covered entertaining area overlooking pool and pool side hut. We have a SUP for use. There's also a large trampoline. Fast Wi-Fi Internet access throughout TVs in Master, Rumpus and Living + projector/ 100IN screen in Media, all with access to Paramount, Stan and Prime + Disney in living. We supply sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper and basic kitchen supplies + herbs and spices so you don't need the basics. Also, in butlers pantry is a Nescafe Pod machine (Vertuo) and we supply couple boxes coffee pods (20). Plenty of off street parking and secure double garage. Guest access Whole House (only side 3rd garage not available as storage) Other things to note Pontoon for fishing and supping from, but there is a permanent boat moored. (Can go onboard). Trampoline doesn't have side pads (older) but can remove.
