The space Located right across the street from Shoals Creek sits our newly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! Whether you want to fish, take your boat out or rent one out just 1 min away at Shoals Marine Rentals, or just enjoy the beautiful night sky on our newly built back patio, this is the place for you! The space includes: -Free wifi with Smart/Roku TV's in the living room & the master bedroom (Access to plenty of TV shows & movies through Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, & more!) -Kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of cooking utensils, pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker w/ all the fixings, and more -Washer & Dryer available w/ Iron & Ironing Board -Small charcoal grill provided -Free parking on premises for multiple vehicles, trailers, or boats Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home by using a code that will be sent to you by a couple days before your stay w/ pictures & specific details. Other things to note *No parties or events. *NO Pets Allowed! *ALL Guests MUST be listed on booking accurately! Stays are expressly for LISTED # of Guests ONLY. *VISITORS: Due to safety & security reasons, VISITORS of any type must be communicated with & approved by the host BEFORE arrival of visitors. Charges may apply to any additional proposed & approved overnight or part time visitors/guests. *Non-compliance with house rules may require forfeiture of deposit or other costs. We want your experience to be 5 stars while you are with us!!  If you have any issues or problem, please let us know immediately.                   HOUSE RULES & DISCLOSURES: ______ The booking guest must be one of the guests staying.  If the guest is booking on behalf of friends/family/colleagues, etc. the host must be notified who will be staying and a government ID will be required from the responsible party occupying the home. Please understand that the booking guest will still also be responsible for any damages. ______ Absolutely no gatherings or parties are permitted, this is strictly enforced.  The house maximum is 6 persons for this location. ______ There is an exterior camera on the property that monitors and records video.  It is there for your safety and the safety of the property.  ______ There is absolutely no smoking on the property, including front, side, and back porch.  A minimum fine of $350 will be assessed if the owner or cleaner smells cigarette, cigar, or marijuana.  Additional fines may be assessed if this rule is broken and we have to alter future rentals for house fumigation.   ______ We have a very strict NO PET policy.  Booking guest or any of their party are not allowed, for any length of time, to bring pets into the house or onto the surrounding property.  A minimum fine of $350 will be assessed if the owner or cleaner is made aware of an animal being on the property.  Additional fines may be assessed if this rule is broken and we have to alter future rentals for additional cleaning.   ______ If any furniture is moved, please put it back in its original location prior to check out. ______ No glitter or confetti allowed in the house, violation of this will incur additional cleaning fees. ______ Please make sure all doors and windows are closed/locked whenever you leave or are away from the house. I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE OWNERS AND THEIR AFFILIATES (RELEASED PARTIES) from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses, (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my stay, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.  I have carefully read and revised this Indemnify and Hold Harmless agreement.  I understand it fully and I execute it voluntarily. Surveillance or recording devices on outside of property- Our neighborhood is very safe and our property very exclusive! For added peace of mind, we have security cameras on the outside of the building. *Flexible for late check-out if needed & applicable to arriving guests. Please contact host before time if needed.
