Brand new and modern house with garden by the sea with 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, for 6 guests, proposed by BelcantoVillas. Located 2.7 km from the sea and close to the train station and all amenities. The private area of the property begins with a beautiful private white gravel garden (35 square meters), where a parasol, a dining table for 6, and a barbecue allow us to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors and dinners in the cool air. Adjacent is the laundry area with washing machine. The space The interior spaces measure 95 square meters and are spread over two floors: ground and first. On the ground floor, the 6 guests have a large living room overlooking the private garden and is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (140 cm wide), a dining table for 6 people and a kitchenette, complete and well equipped: fridge, freezer, 4 burners, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine (pods), pots and dishes, dishwasher... On the floor there is also a nice windowed bathroom with shower (and large shower phone) and a double bedroom (width 160 cm.). Upstairs is the second double bedroom (160 cm wide) that has a pleasant view of the private garden. The apartment is brand new and finely furnished. The floors are all made of a beautiful wood-effect porcelain stoneware. All rooms are equipped with independently adjustable air conditioning (hot/cold). It is accessed by an electric driveway gate to an area (80 sqm) that "Marty's house for 6" has in common with the rental property "Marty's house for 3". In this condominium area, you are allowed to enter with the car only for unloading luggage, charging an electric car (there is a special charging column), and for parking bicycles. Only if you rent both houses can you also park there. The internal areas (95 sqm) with six beds are arranged on two floors (ground floor and first floor) and all overlook this private garden. Our opinion: it is the ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends who want to spend some good time together outdoors: the garden is large, well-furnished and to be enjoyed! The tourist town is well served and the sea is easily accessible by bicycle. Exterior: The electric driveway gate provides privacy and security, the courtyard common to the two properties is made of fine white gravel, brand new and elegant. The private garden is fenced and has complete privacy, is decorated with fine white gravel and a green area where you can stay under the umbrella, cook on the barbecue and enjoy pleasant dinners in the cool at a table for 6. The accommodation is very close to all amenities: tobacco shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsstand, greengrocer, small store, supermarket, coin-operated laundry, laundry/ironing, pharmacy, bank, post office... It's all very convenient and close, for a truly relaxing vacation! Tourist Attractions: In Torre del Lago there are beaches of fine white sand, both equipped with paid bathing establishments, and free-entry beaches: they are accessed from the pine forest and fragrant dunes of strawberry tree, pine and broom. Tennis Court: The LagoMare tennis club, with 4 clay tennis courts surrounded by pine trees, is only 1 km away and is easily accessible. Golf: The Forte dei Marmi Golf Course is about 15 km away. Guest access Guests can use all areas for exclusive use except for the parking lot (shared with other guests of another apartment) and is only used for charging electric cars (with the appropriate column) and unloading and loading luggage. There is a lot of free parking on the street near the house.
