Welcome to our cozy and comfortable home located in Browns Plains. It takes only 10 mins drive to grand plaza, where you can find everything you need. The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Beddings are made top sheets hotel style! Towels are provided according to the number of guests. Free toiletries are provided at your ease. ♥ Well-equipped kitchen + Dining area Kitchen is equipped with quality appliances: fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher & Microwave. Sets of cookware and dinnerware, complemented by some cleaning products for convenience. To help you start your stay smoothly, we’ve provided some cooking basics for your convenience: spray oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. This is a friendly reminder, that these supplies are meant to get you started and may not last for your entire stay. Guest access Unit A of our dual-key house is yours to enjoy! A dual keys house is like a house divided into 2 separate units. Each unit has its own kitchen/living room/backyard etc. If you are interested in renting the whole house (the other unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom), please let us know. * **There may be potential noise during the daytime due to nearby construction. **Please note we will only provide 1 set of keys by default. **Late arrangements will incur extra delivery charges. Please contact us before booking to confirm your arrival time and readiness. � � Check-In Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival, after house rules have been acknowledged. Early check-in must be requested at least a day in advance and is subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed on the day of arrival. � � Check-Out Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure. Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp.
