The space Located in a gated community, this 3500 SF home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 2 flex rooms , living room, large kitchen island, open office space. Outdoor dining area with in-ground pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs. *pool is solar heated, therefore, it extends the swim season (April -Oct.) but does not typically heat pool warm enough to swim Dec.-Feb. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of one garage space and one closet in the house. Other things to note LIABILITY WAIVER: Our property provides you with the use of our swimming pool, hot tub and portable fire pit. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. However, by agreeing to our Airbnb House Rules, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that swimming pools, hot tubs and fire pits may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in the backyard, especially when swimming or in the hot tub. Children under the age of 5 years old are prohibited from using the hot tub. If you swim or use the hot tub (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests. Because the deepest part of the pool is only 5' deep, NO DIVING is allowed. By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from these activities.
