Luna’s Suite By the Water

YOU WILL HAVE THIS PROPERTY TO YOURSELF! This is the master bed and bath of my other listing Luna’s House By the Water. When the suite is booked the rest of the house is not accessible. This is a spacious suite situated on a special property in Humboldt County with a picturesque view of the Mad River AND Pacific Ocean. The calming sounds of the ocean and the constant activity of the wildlife on the river and in the ocean from daylight to sunset will make it hard to leave once you have arrive. The space 1. Inside you will find a comfy king bed, a dual sink bathroom, coffee bar, mini fridge, tv, wifi, and sitting area with exceptional views. 2. Outside: there is a beautiful space to hang out and enjoy the view from the large deck and concrete patio, bbq, corn hole set, and a gas fire place to sit around as you take in the sunset in the evening. We have binoculars on hand in case you may be so lucky to catch a whale cruising in the ocean waves or a seal catching a salmon swimming up the river. 3. Things to do: The outdoor activities are endless in this area. Access to the Mad River is a short walk north or south of the property. The closest access to the Pacific Ocean is a 2.5 mile walk or bike ride or a 5 minute drive to Clam Beach County Park. Cal Poly Humboldt is a short 8 minute drive away. Guest access You will have this property to yourself! Other things to note Please don’t hesitate to ask regarding any unique requests about use of the property. I do have a number of baby items upon request (i.e. pack 'n play, high chair...) A 220 volt EV charging outlet is available upon request for an additional $10/night. I kindly ask that guests adhere to the house rules to ensure a smooth stay for everyone. Smoking is strictly prohibited and I ask that guests observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am as this property is in a residential area. To accommodate guests with allergies, I do not allow animals on the premises. Please be respectful to the house and property and notify me immediately if any accidental breakages occur, ensuring a seamless experience for the next guests. Additionally, for security and comfort, I ask that only registered guests stay on the property.
