Enjoy the ease of your holiday in this nicely renovated, quiet and best located alpine chalet in Ruka, with lifts and slopes next to the apartment, which can be reached in Ski-in/Ski-out style, and for cross-country skiers, the ski tracks are about 100m away. Ruka Valley, which is right next door, has restaurants and a small grocery store. The Gondola elevator from Ruka Valley provides convenient access to the front slopes of Ruka Village, where you can find a larger grocery store and restaurants. In summer, of course, frisbee golf and MTB! The space The apartment has one bedroom with a unique bunk bed. 160cm wide lower bed and 140cm wide upper bed, as well as blankets and pillows. At the end of the lower bed, there is a 43" TV. NOTE! THE CUSTOMER BRINGS THEIR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS! The living room has a corner sofa, 55" TV and a flame lantern to create an atmosphere. In addition to the 6-person tableware, the kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and Philips Airfyer XXL to replace the oven and dishwasher. Guest access For those who like to sauna, the Ski Booster downstairs in the same building has large sauna facilities for a small fee. Other things to note THE CUSTOMER BRINGS THEIR OWN LINEN AND TOWELS! The customer cleans the apartment when leaving at least to the condition it was in when arriving or buys the final cleaning for an additional €100. Disconnect electrical appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster and Airfryer). Empty and clean the refrigerator. Turn off the dishwasher tap. Turn off the lights and finally take the garbage to the waste collection point, taking into account recycling!
