Year-round fun is available with nearby skiing, water park, ropes courses, snow tubing and mountain coaster. Hope Lake is right across the street and open for swimming in the summer. Great restaurants also located within walking distance. Or venture into downtown Cortland or Ithaca. Only 10 minutes from SUNY Cortland! Great spot for visiting families! So much to do! The space The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, and upstairs bedroom and loft with a full bathroom. It even has a working sauna. It has a cozy queen-sized bed, a full bed and a twin. Plenty of outlets and charging spaces for your devices. It has two TVs, which are connected to the WIFI so you can watch your favorite shows on your favorite streaming apps. WIFI is available for guest use. Come stay at this fun little condo for your weekend adventures! Guest access You will have access to the entire condo, which has a private entrance. Other things to note Please note: the condo contains a loft (accessed by a ladder) and a spiral staircase. These may be a hazard for small children and older adults.
