"The Manor" is a 100 year old villa in Greenacres Neighborhood, near Visalia Country Club. This guesthouse is within walking distance to a vibrant downtown with restaurants, shops, nightlife, theaters, and baseball stadium. The space includes a private backyard. After a day of hiking in Sequoia National Park, private laundry facilities are available for your use. A Keurig with coffee and tea is also provided. Wi-Fi is included. There is a SMART wi-fi connected television. The space This 1 bedroom guesthouse is fully furnished, tastefully decorated, stocked with cozy bedding, fluffy towels, and great kitchenware. Central A/C and heat. Fully loaded and stocked, with a few welcome surprises. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION... *Just 1 mile from the center of downtown. Shops, restaurants, bars, theaters, art galleries. *Just 3 blocks from the Rawhide Baseball stadium. Catch a professional single A baseball game and stay for the fireworks...great date night or family fun afternoon. *Hop on the freeway and you're 30 minutes to Lake Kaweah or 1 hour to the gates of Sequoia National Park. Guest access Outdoor laundry facilities and supplies are available for your use. No charge to use, it's included. Your access in and out of the property is through the garage. WiFi access is available. The WiFi signal is not super strong and will not accommodate gaming platforms of any kind. Do not book this property if you need wifi access more than surfing the Internet on a laptop or phone. I will not be able to accommodate gaming platforms. Other things to note I am always willing to consider a special request, and sometimes dates can be made available even though they are showing as unavailable! Just reach out and we can chat. Stays longer than 1 week will require an additional cleaning fee. The unit is cleaned weekly, which includes new bedsheets and fresh towels. You will be requested to pay the $100 additional cleaning fee each week. Please arrange an arrival time at least 1 day prior to arrival. My schedule is very busy so it is helpful if I have a meeting time to let you in!
