Nestled in the heart of Kaohsiung, it’s just a 1-minute walk to the MRT station—perfectly located for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building (no elevator) and offers full privacy with self check-in. The space Old apartment without elevator, living room and dining room are the same open space, no balcony, laundry room and storage room, clothes can be dried in the shade, Kaohsiung is usually hot and dry, drying clothes is not a big problem. There is a dehumidifier in the room to dry clothes, and the air is quiet. 2 rooms and 2 separate wet/dry bathrooms, suitable for 2-5 friends and family. Cleaning products without chemical flavors. The neighborhood is a residential area, very quiet after 9:00pm. Convenience stores, markets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Guest access Use the entire apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room. Other things to note Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please keep the place as clean and quiet as possible during your stay, Shoes must be removed indoors, and clean indoor slippers are available for changing. Slippers will be washed and disinfected after guests check out. Remotes, light switches, door knobs are wiped with alcohol. Sofa covers are changed after check-out. Please no smoking, no parties in the house, Guests who drink heavily and make noise late at night are not allowed. Please sort the garbage, thank you so much. If there are no other guests before or after check-in, you can check in early and check out late. It takes 4 hours to clean and disinfect the entire home. If you need to, please ask at least one day in advance. If there are no guests checking out on the same day, we will try to accommodate you.
