The space This listing includes two structures which makes it great for larger groups or family get togethers. The main house (also listed on its own https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/29542788) has two bedrooms (1 queen and one full) and 1.5 baths, wood stove, all one level with a full wrap around, covered deck. Additionally, a spacious two level guest lodge (listed on its own at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/29542788) has an open floor plan and wood burning stove in center of high ceiling living / dining room. Upstairs bedroom level has an open floor plan with three beds (two queen + one single bed) and enjoys access to sunny balcony with epic Anderson Valley views. The ranch property has been in our family since 1978. My dad, who was in the film and television industry in Southern California, purchased the property as a get-away home, lived in the original ranch house and built this lodge to host guests for longer stays. Since then it has enjoyed a history of renovations and improvements. Now the property is in the hands of myself and my wife and son. It is a constant labor of love and, although it is set up for guests, each hand milled piece of construction is personal. A wood stove (with central heat back-up) make it a cozy space on a chilly evening. Guest access Guests have access to the salt water pool, garden, fruit orchard and ranch property. There are goats, sheep, chickens, dogs, barn cats and a llama ~ all happy for a little extra attention ... There are two other full time residents on the property but it is definitely large enough, at 103 total acres, that you will feel just alone enough. There are abundant hiking trails and logging roads to enjoy for a picnic hike or an all day excursion.
