In a few minutes you can be in the Kaiserbäder by car to enjoy the Baltic Sea. Each residential unit is separately designed and has its own entrance and individual furnishings. Split up as you like, retreat, or meet for breakfast on one of the three terraces. Here your vacation will be a highlight! The living room of the first residential unit lets the room shine in bright, natural light thanks to many large windows. A cozy leather couch, as well as a sideboard with flat-screen TV are part of the room, as well as the kitchenette and a dining table with chairs. The sofa serves, ideally for a child, as another sleeping option. In the kitchen you will find relevant kitchen appliances such as a ceramic hob with four plates, an oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Household appliances such as a high-quality filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave are also included. The living area leads onto the terrace belonging to the apartment. The bedroom has been harmoniously furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters), bedside tables, TV and wardrobe. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, sink with mirror cabinet, a corner bathtub and a walk-in shower. The second apartment within the unit is a smaller one-room apartment, which is decorated in warm, Mediterranean colors. Cleverly divided, the living room has an upholstered group consisting of a two-seater and two armchairs, a dresser with a flat-screen TV and a radio. There is also a kitchenette with an integrated table. You do not have to do without appliances such as an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. In the same room, but clearly separated, you will find a double bed and bedside tables as well as a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower and has a window. The terrace is right outside the front door. In the third apartment, you will find a skillful interplay of modern furnishings and stylishly staged rustic country house details. The living area has a leather sofa bed, a sideboard as well as a TV and the kitchenette with a dining table. A guest can sleep on the comfortable sofa. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a charming sliding door. Behind it you will find a comfortable box spring bed, a coat rack and a wardrobe with considerable storage space. Another TV also provides TV enjoyment from the bed. An exposed ceiling beam contributes to the coziness as an eye-catcher and, in addition to the skylight, ensures pleasant light. The kitchen has an induction stove with four burners, oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The modern daylight bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in rain shower completes your stay.
