Private Pool / Baby Friendly / Gated Complex

This space is a small oasis full of nature where you will rest with total privacy and security in this sustainable and intelligent complex in one of the most central and easily accessible neighborhoods of the city. The complex has surveillance at the entrance and security cameras inside and ouside the complex; a small shared pool, a clubhouse and on the second floor a space to workout open to the general public. The space Casa Chiit has two parking spaces in the open garage. Upon entering you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. Also on the ground floor, there is a half bathroom and the dipping pool (unheated nor jets) with a small terrace. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a walk-in closet connected to the bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. One of the rooms has a work desk and the other has a chair and side table. We have left extra amenities like a baby gear, a portable crib and a high chair baby seat. Guest access The entrance code will be shared with you 24 hours before the check in. You have access to the house with total privacy. To access to the complex you will need the ID's of you and your group. Other things to note Use the pool at your own risk. Electricity, Water, Internet, Bottled Water are included in the fee. The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting. Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life, even so, we have left extra amenities to make your stay more pleasant.
