This spectacular, waterfront, ultra modern, beautifully designed 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home in gorgeous Noosa Waters with a stunning 20 metre solar heated lap pool is the ideal place for up to 8 people to enjoy a spoil yourself holiday. The space The thoughtful layout of this this home with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms all with separated toilets offers space and privacy for a large family, two families, or up to three couples. The home is very popular but seldom made available. At the time of this update (10 Feb 2026) the only dates which are being made available are the April School Holidays encompassing Thursday April 2nd 2026 to Sunday April 26th 2026. The fabulous kitchen with its large stone island and 4 seater breakfast bar plus butlers pantry(see inclusions below) leads to the dining and living areas. Both sides of this living space open up to create three seperate dining and relaxing areas. On one side, twelve metre bifold doors provide the wow factor, as they open to a huge undercover alfresco area overlooking the canal. This space contains a custom built outdoor kitchen, weber bbq, 8 seater table and various comfortable chairs to relax in. Huge sliding doors on the other side of the living area open to another covered space bordering the 20 metre lap pool with its additional socialising area. A 6 seater table, easy chairs and poolside loungers complete this picture. In between and closest to the kitchen sits the 8 seater main dining table. Alongside the main dining area, is the lounge with an 82 inch smart TV augmented by various comfortable chairs including two recliners. Another living area features a 65 inch tv, two recliners, an office desk overlooking the pool, NBN, WIFI, books and various social games. This area can be completely shut off as and when desired. There are two master bedrooms in this house. One has views over the canal and sliding doors to the alfresco area. It includes a king sized bed, lounge chair, walk in robe, and very large ensuite with a shower, twin vanities, bath and a seperate room containing a full featured smart toilet and hand basin. The second master is at the other end of the house and includes a king sized bed, lounge area with two comfortable chairs and coffee table, a 43inch smart tv, full length mirrored wardrobe, and an ensuite including a shower and twin vanity units. A seperate room is attached containing a toilet and handbasin. This bedroom has French doors opening to a totally private deck serviced by two comfortable chairs. The third bedroom has the best view of and also direct access to the swimming pool. This room includes a queen sized bed, lounge chair and large wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has twin king single beds and ample wardrobe space. The main bathroom features a shower and single vanity unit. A toilet and handbasin are in an adjacent room. The oversized laundry includes a front loading washing machine, condenser dryer, sink, long bench, clothes hanging space and access to the outdoor clothes line. The garage, accessed by remote control, has more than ample room for two cars and offers direct access to the house. The house may also be entered via the coded front gate which opens to an undercover walkway featuring a garden, goldfish pond and water feature. At times there is a boat tied up on one side of the jetty but there is ample room for your own or hired boat on the other side. Pets and smoking are prohibited. The wooden floors are easily scratched. Accordingly, please leave high heels and mobile items capable of picking up sharp objects at the front door. Noosa Waters is a residential area. In line with Noosa Council policy, no weddings, parties or functions are permitted and noise should be kept to a level which does not impinge upon the comfort of neighbours. Please be aware that complaints for excessive noise, particularly after 10pm could lead to termination of the booking.
