Large, private 2 bdrm apartment w/private entrance on working animal sanctuary w/1 full bath & 1 3/4 bath,eat in kitchen,2 work spaces,living room & washer/dryer. Surrounded by trees in Calvert County, your stay will be peaceful. You can interact with the animals or observe from afar. You can expect to see geese, ducks, chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, parrots, emus & cats. Close to beaches, Calvert Hospital & Cove Point. Please note, if you have any mobility issues this may not be a good choice. Other things to note House is located in a very private setting with off road parking. PLEASE note that the entire property is a NO SMOKING zone. For safety reasons, The sanctuary does not allow children or pets on the property. Also any persons other than the ones directly attached to your booking will not be allowed entry to the accommodations. If you anticipate other guests you must add them to the booking PRIOR to your arrival. While the listing accommodates 4 people easily please note that there are 2 queen beds and 2 sofas. The sofas do NOT open into beds however they can be slept on. Quiet time is 10:30pm to 10:30am.
