The apartment is suitable for those who want to stay right by the lake (the walk to the beach takes 5 minutes downhill), enjoy all kinds of "water fun" and a slightly busier, though still very relaxing, spa town with great opportunities for activities. The apartment is just 20 minutes from the ski resorts of Goldeck and Bad Kleinkircheim. The space Studio apartment (individual rooms do not have doors) is located in an apartment house with 16 apartments, our apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. The apartment has an area of 56 m2, there is also a 17 m2 large balcony overlooking the lake and a cellar for storing bikes, skis, etc. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, separated by a wooden partition, one with a large boxspring bed, the other with a triple bunk bed. The kitchen is smaller but well equipped (induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster), the living/dining room allows comfortable seating for 5 people, there is a large TV with free Netflix.
