You will have from Grocery stores, Wal-Mart, LA Fitness(month membership allowed, restaurants and plenty of drive-thru restaurants as well. Cleaners, cars, wash, stores(many), Macys, Sephora, and Starbucks all within a few blocks with Uber access that typically arrive in less than 5 min. Miami Zoo is right around the corner. Mini Gold and theaters are very nearby. In reality, it is an area with all you need. Guest access Pool, laundry area(notify owner one day ahead to leave area accessible).
