Kindly park beneath the house or directly in front of it. Avoid parking on the lawn or grass, as utility lines are present in these zones. The guest will be held accountable for any damage to utility lines caused by parking in these restricted areas. THINGS TO KNOW • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
