Great for boating, water sports, biking, hiking, snowmobiling, ice fishing & ice skating. Great sledding hill. Nearby restaurants & golfing! The space The house is actually 2 Cape Cods connected. The original Cape has 2 bedrooms upstairs (queen, full, twin in one and king in other), 2 dormed bedrooms (4 twins in one and full in other) raised at the back and a 1st floor bedroom (king bed). The main cape has 2 full bathrooms one with a bathtub on bottom floor and one with shower stall upstairs. There is a family/living room as you enter the house with a TV and ROKU. There is a large kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, full size oven and microwave/convection oven combination. There is also a large dining area. The dining table has 2 leaves added and there is an expandable table in the adjacent room which when added and both are fully extended, accommodates 14. if you add the small round table to the dining area, you can seat 16. The expandable table can also be used in gameroom for playing games. There are 12 folding chairs available in the gameroom. The gameroom has a bar with 6 bar stools. The washer and dryer are shared with a studio apartment in the basement accessible from the kitchen. There is a private 80ft x 15ft deck that extends the entire length of both Cape structures that has 2 long picnic tables, a dining table, an outdoor living room and a hot tub . There is a barn door accessible from the kitchen and dining area that you enter through to the large gameroom and bar. There is a spiral staircase that goes up from the gameroom to the 2 dorm bedrooms above the game room. The gameroom also has a full bathroom with bathtub. There is a pool table, air hockey table, game cabinet, poker table top, ping pong, Asteroids console and a pinball machine. The bar has 6 seats. There is also a wine fridge, a medium size refrigerator/freezer combination and a mini oven in the bar. Guest access You have exclusive access to the main house but not the garage or the studio apartment in the basement. There is a shared laundry room in the basement accessible by the stairs from the kitchen to the basement. You have exclusive access to the deck that is accessible through 3 sets of sliding doors plus 2 sets of stairs that provide deck access. You have exclusive access to the driveway down to the beach, the beach, beach play area, fire pit and dock. You have exclusive access to the circular driveway outside the front door for parking. Lower parking area by the garage is reserved for the basement studio and is not part of the rental. You can fit 3 cars on the circular driveway and park 2 additional cars (5 total on property) on grass to left or right of circular driveway. Cars can never be on grass between tree and lake on left side of house, this is septic leach field. We will provide basic amenities: 9 toilet paper, 4 paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, clothes washer soap, softener, sheets and boosters for whitening and fragrance. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Guests will have 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths each. Guests will have access to many beach towels. The pinball machine takes 2 USA quarters/tokens and asteroids takes 1 USA quarter. I will provide $10 for playing.
