Located on a quiet dirt road, the property provides a peaceful and secluded environment ideal for relaxing, reconnecting, and stargazing under the vast desert sky. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated space inspired by Scandinavian design, featuring clean lines, cozy textures, and natural materials that complement the surrounding landscape. The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep after exploring the nearby Joshua Tree National Park or 29 Palms. Each room is equipped with individual A/C mini splits, allowing you to control your own temperature for personalized comfort. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, whether you're cooking for family or enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars. With a high-speed Spectrum internet connection, you can work remotely, stream your favorite shows, or stay in touch with loved ones while surrounded by nature. A full laundry setup is available for added convenience during longer stays, and a Pack and Play crib is also provided upon request, making this home a family-friendly option for guests with young children. Milky Way Heaven is ideally located just 15 minutes from Downtown 29 Palms and 20 minutes from Downtown Joshua Tree, offering easy access to local dining, shops, and outdoor adventures, while still providing the seclusion and quietude you crave. Please note: The cowboy tub is a seasonal amenity that is only available May 1st to September 30th PS: Desert roads can be unpredictable and can change from day-to-day. Please do plan ahead with the proper vehicle to access all roads in any condition. Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $100 pet fee, per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets paid at time of booking. We’re sorry we do not accept cats. You will be automatically charged for 1 pet and the second pet will need to be paid with a request for payment. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste & be mindful of urine as it will stain. Excess pet hair, feces left behind, urine stains and animal damage is not covered by the pet fee. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals inspired by the surrounding landscape. Please watch out for potential wild desert animals such as snakes, rabbits, mice, and birds. Please walk loudly, drag your feet to make noises outside to repel animals away. Always wear shoes when walking outside. Always keep all doors closed at all times so nothing sneaks in. Always look before reaching your hands anywhere We are not responsible for any injuries caused by wild animals or insects. Please be careful as our location is in the wild desert. -If your stay includes a Tuesday, please note that our pool service provider does come by to service the hot tub & cowboy tub on Tuesday. -Please note, trash day is every other Tuesday EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST: When available, we do offer early check in & late check out when prearranged the fee is $25/hr. When not prearranged the late check out fee is $100/hr to cover a larger emergency cleaning team so we can meet the expectations of the guest checking in after you. Please note that the early check-in requests for the per-hour fee (as stated) must be made no later than two days before check-in. Additionally, these requests are not guaranteed on the day prior to arrival. Guests must request and pay for early check-in before noon on the day of arrival. LUGGAGE DROP OFF: We will gladly accommodate luggage, refrigerator item drop off etc when prearranged with a 48hr notice and a $60 prepaid fee. WATER FEATURE SERVICE: Please note water feature is regularly serviced and you can expect the technician to arrive through the exterior gate anytime Monday through Friday between 8am to 5pm, no interaction from you is needed. CONSUMABLES: All consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc are meant to be a starter pack to get you started for your vacation. They are not meant to be UNLIMITED! Please plan accordingly for the length of your trip. EVENTS/ COMMERCIAL USE: In case anybody is found involved in unauthorized activities that are used for personal gain on the property, you will be penalized according to the Host's discretion only. FORGOTTEN ITEMS: There's a fee attached for forgotten item. This fee covers not only the shipping cost but also the gas, shipping, and the labor involved in having our team retrieve, package, and send the item back to you. Thank you for your understanding.
