4 bedrooms, loft area with queen bed, game room with sofa bed and 3 full bathrooms. Cozy cabin with beautiful views surrounded by mature oak trees for your getaway to the mountains! The space Cabin sleeps 15 people in different areas so you choose your perfect spot! Located on the north side of Lake Arrowhead Lake, close to shops and a few minutes from the lake. 🐟 The Space: The Master Bedroom: (sleeps 2) King-size bed with an ensuite bathroom (stand-up shower) and a balcony for your morning tea or coffee. Enjoy an electric fireplace for the evening ambiance with the sound of a crackling fire to send you off to sleep. AC unit to keep you nice and cool in the summer. Black-out curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep. Hallway closet: Find all the extras in here! Air mattresses, extra sheets, blankets, and pillows. We have a high chair for little ones and a pack and play. Living room: Enjoy the gas fireplace in the winter and split AC unit in the summer. The Samsung Frame smart TV has all your entertainment needs. The Sonos speaker brings movies to life and plays your favorite music in the background. Cozy up with your family on the 2 sofas or chair and enjoy a good book with mountain views from the big picture windows. Turn on the heater and 3 electric fireplaces from the IPAD in the entryway or manually. Kitchen: Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and enjoy a home-cooked meal with family or friends. Use the craft ice maker for your favorite beverage! The large counter area allows enough space to present all your favorite foods! 4 bar stools at the counter for those who like to watch the cooks. Dual Keuring coffee machine with complimentary coffee cups and tea. Spices located next to microwave. Dining area: Table that seats 6 people with additional chairs in the closet at the top of the stairs. Pick your favorite games from the cabinet and play for hours while watching the sunset over the mountains through the picturesque windows! Guest Bedrooms: Both guest bedrooms (sleeps 2 in each bedroom; 4 total guests) on the main floor have comfortable queen-size mattresses, closet space, and electric fireplaces to provide the utmost comfort. Coat hangers are provided in closets to hang your items. Black-out curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep! Main Bathroom: Located on the main floor featuring ceramic tile flooring, spa-quality towels, and toiletries. Laundry closet: Washer and Dryer located on the main floor and supplied with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. The ironing board and iron are located by the dryer. Loft area: (sleeps 2) Queen-size mattress and recessed lighting provide the perfect space for your additional guests. The stairs leading down to this area are narrow but who doesn't love a little adventure? The night lights pull off of the wall to guide your way! Please keep in mind this is an open space with no door. Camp-out room: (sleeps 5) Decorated to make you feel like you are camping among the trees! 1 full tepee bed, 2 twin tepee beds, and one twin pull-out trundle bed. Be advised windows are level with the room and we keep these locked. If over 5'6 tall you will need to duck as ceilings are low! This room is a favorite for all ages! Game room: Queen pull-out sofa couch (sleeps 2) and smart TV for your entertainment needs. The area is stocked with various games and even includes 2 arcade games (Pacman and Big Buck Hunter). The 3rd bathroom is located off the game room with plenty of towels and toiletries. We added a game table so you can pick your favorite games, gather your loved ones, and play to your heart's content. The electric fireplace is for decoration only (flames but no heat). There is a heater with a thermostat in the game room that heats the area, loft, and kids-camp-out room. French doors lead out behind the cabin for sledding in the winter and additional parking when there is no snow. (No parking during snow season as this area does not get plowed). Safety Features: Combo smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors in each room. Fire extinguisher in the upstairs hall closet, under the kitchen sink, and hanging in the game room. Flashlights are located in the kitchen drawer across from the Refrigerator. 1 ring camera is located by the front door and 1 ring light camera is located behind the cabin. We close the app during your stay to respect your privacy. These cameras are set up for our security when the home is vacant. Entryway: Welcome to the Overwatch Cabin with keyless entry using a 4-digit code changed with each guest. 2 chairs to relax upon after your arrival once you've conquered the stairs leading down to the home. Full access to the entire home (2150 sq ft). Cabin outdoor space: Balcony off living room for spectacular mountain views that leads to a large concrete area with picnic table and additional seating. Games in storage include Jenga, Connect 4, tictak toe, ax throwing and corn hole. The gas BBQ grill is located on the balcony. Different seating areas around the house to get away for some peace among nature. Private area to take a nice walk behind home. Area: Nestled in the majestic mountains of San Bernardino National Forest, Lake Arrowhead is a beautiful, cozy mountain resort. Lake Arrowhead shops and restaurants are a 10-minute drive from the cabin. Sky Park at Santa's Village is a fan favorite and is located 5 miles away. 3 public lakes include Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. Check out our welcome book for additional information on local activities. Note: Lake Arrowhead Lake is a private lake but guests will enjoy walking around the Village and can enjoy a ride on the Queen Tour Boat. We recommend Lake Gregory for summer fun on the lake! 🌲 Important Note About Trash & Wildlife We love sharing our cabin with guests, but we also share this mountain with bears, raccoons, and other curious animals. To keep everyone safe (and to avoid county fines), food-related trash cannot be left at the cabin. 🍎 Food Trash: Any trash with food, scraps, or strong food smells must be taken to the local mountain dump sites (just a short drive away). This is a county rule to prevent bears from getting into trash. 🗑️ Cabin Trash & Recycling: For your convenience, we keep one bin at the cabin for non-food items only, along with a separate bin for recyclables.
