This spacious 1-br house offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including AC, a dedicated office corner with an ergonomic chair, and a separate kitchen The space construction that is taking place in neighborhood approx.. till January please, don't book if you are sensitive to the construction sounds ???? Guest access self check- in Other things to note property is not beach front. it is 2 minutes walk to the beach Since this is my private home, housekeeping is scheduled once a week, and fresh towels are provided every four days. Your privacy is very important to me, so we’ll always agree on a suitable time for cleaning that works for both of us. By Thai law, I’m required to register all guests with the immigration system, which means I’ll need a copy of your passport. Thank you for your understanding. Please note: Our property is a privately managed home, not a hotel or resort. As such, we do not offer a reception or storage facility for personal items.
