Welcome! Please note that this is a shared home where my husband, our dog, and I live full-time on the lower level. Guests have access to an entirely private upper floor featuring an oversized loft, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms exclusively for their use. The only shared area is the main entrance, and guests may come and go freely using a digital door lock for self check-in. Our home is centrally located near 10+ walkable restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops. ONLY ONE CAR IS PERMITTED The space Reminder: ONLY ONE CAR PERMITTED. Please note that this is a shared home and not an entire-home rental. My husband and I live full-time on the lower level of the home with our dog. The only shared area is the main entrance and hallway. Upon entering through the front door, you'll find the staircase directly ahead leading to your completely private upper floor. The upstairs is reserved exclusively for guests and includes an oversized loft, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include 1 king bedroom with a private detached bathroom and 2 queen bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. You're welcome to choose whichever bedroom best suits your needs. Guest access You and your guests will have access to the top floor of the home which consists of a loft (living room), 3 private bedrooms, and 2 private bathrooms. All linens will be provided for you! The loft has a microwave/airfryer/convection oven all-in-one and a coffee maker. Please note that we live in the home full-time on the lower level and the Airbnb is located on a private floor on the upper level. There is a shared entrance to the home. One car is permitted During your stay We will be here to answer any questions throughout your stay. I am a native here and happy to share what to do, where to go! While we do live in the home full-time, we will keep interactions minimal unless you choose to interact otherwise. We are happy to engage as Little or as much as you care to! Other things to note ★ One car allowed per reservation ★ One pet allowed per reservation, must be friendly with both people and other animals (no cats or other animals allowed at this time) ★ Quiet hours are 10pm-8am ★ Reservation does not include access to laundry, kitchen or other common areas on bottom floor of home. Guests should plan to remain on top floor during duration of stay. We have provided a coffee station as well as cooking area for heating up small meals or snacks ★ No smoking or vaping on property of any kind
