The village of Itchenor is very peaceful with immediate access to Chichester Harbour's water activities, walks and views. The village pub is a mere two minutes walk away and the sea just three. Other things to note Please note that the village is usually very quiet at night, with the neighbours nearby. Therefore, these properties are not suitable for activities which may cause noise at night time, especially outdoors.
