This is an immaculate, spacious and luxurious 5bed home (from home) suitable for families, holidaymakers, group of professionals or corporate teams visiting or working in Leeds. Located in the upmarket, and peaceful Moortown area of Leeds (North Leeds), this home offers a perfect retreat. The house is on a quiet street which is next to a local park and 10 minutes walk to the beautiful Roundhay Park which has a lake and vast amounts of plants and lawns. The space This is a fantastic 5 Bedroom house: 1. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: • Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom in Borrowdale Brook, and we call it The Bay Watch bedroom. It is located on the first floor just above the lounge downstairs. It is fully furnished with a big king-size bed and a 4-door wardrobe. The luxurious king-size bed is fitted with a beautifully matched headboard. We have also supplied a chair to relax inside the master bedroom. There is so much space in this room. There are two exquisite bedside lamps and tables. The ceiling light is a colour changing light supplied with remote to change the colour of light to create an ambience and your desired atmosphere. • Bedroom 2: This is the second bedroom on the first floor next to the master bedroom and overlooking into the garden. This bedroom called the Romeo bedroom. This is a double bedroom as well with lots of ample space. It’s supplied with a comfortable double bed and a good-sized wardrobe. There is also a nice velvet chair to sit on in the bedroom. There are also two bedside lamps and lamp tables. Again, the ceiling light is a colour changing light supplied with remote to change the colour of light to create an ambience and your desired atmosphere. • Bedroom 3: This is the third bedroom on the first floor, and we call it Cottage bedroom because of its reasonable but smaller size. It’s supplied with a luxurious double bed, a chest of drawers, clothes rail and an extra storage box. • Bedroom 4: This is the fourth bedroom which is located on the 2nd floor, the side overlooking the street. We call this Sky Watch bedroom because it has Velux windows which give you a clear view of the sky and other structures that are visible from that height. It’s a big room fully equipped with unique wood look furniture. There is a double bed and a reasonably sized matching wardrobe. There are 2 wood look bedside lamp tables with lamps as well. The ceiling light is a colour changing light supplied with remote to change the colour of light to create an ambience and your desired atmosphere • Bedroom 5: This is the second bedroom on the second floor on the second floor. This is called the Juliet bedroom which has a Juliet Balcony. There is a big sliding door Wardrobe and a big King size bed in this bedroom. Also comes with a chair and 2 bedside tables and lamps. The iron and the ironing board are kept in the sliding door wardrobe. 2. Ground Floor: • Living Room: This is an open plan living room opened up into the dining room on the ground floor. The living room is supplied with luxurious and exquisite furniture for you to relax during your stay at Borrowdale Brook. There is a chaise sofa and a matching one-person sofa. There is a mirrored HOME sign on the wall to hopefully give you a home feeling away from home. There is a mirrored coffee table and TV stand to match the mirrored theme in the living/lounge area. There is a ceiling light and a standalone side lamp. Fitted on the wall above the mirrored TV stand is a 55” TV supplied with NETFLIX entertainment, Samsung TV, Freeview and Rakuten TV. Enjoy! • Dining Area: The dining is next to the lounge in an open plan with the lounge area. There is a spacious big dining table with comfortable six swivel chairs. • Kitchen: The fully kitted kitchen has everything needed for guests to make their own meals if you require. The cooker comprises of a gas hob with four gas rings and an electric oven. The standalone fridge freezer has ample space for our guests to keep required food refrigerated or frozen. There is a functional microwave, toaster and kettle. All pots, pans, plates, cutlery glasses are supplied. We also have coffee, tea, and sugar stored in the canisters. The sink is supplied with everything required for washing up and there is a dish dryer as well. There is also a washing machine supplied in case guests need to wash. There is a clothes drying wrack in the first-floor bathroom. Guests are encouraged to use this to dry clothes inside the first-floor bathroom and not anywhere else in the accommodation to avoid the development of mould and condensation. There is also a Laundrette less that a mile away, guests can use for drying laundry 3. BATHROOMS • Bathrooms: There is a family bathroom and a separate toilet on the first floor. The bathroom has a large bathtub over which showers are also fitted. There is a clothes drying wrack supplied in this bathroom. Guests are encouraged and advised to dry clothes in the first-floor bathroom or outside in the garden at the back (if the weather permits) only to avoid condensation and mould problems in any other room. There is a second bathroom on the second floor which has a combined shower and a toilet. We also supply shower gels, tissue, fresh bath towels, iron an ironing board and a lot more! The second park is a humongous and iconic Roundhay Park which has huge lawned fields, trees, lots of plants, a lake and playgrounds. 3. There are a lots of upmarket restaurants and bars in a 2 mile radius vicinity of the property in Moortown Corner, Chapel Allerton , Street Lane, Roundhay Road etc. 4.
