This newly built Guest House is on a shared property with our Main House next door. We're in a quiet neighborhood located right off the Great River Road, which is surrounded by nature with the convenience of being 1 mile from Maiden Rock amenities. We're also near many local wineries and farm stands, along with hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing near the Rush River. We’re in the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway or work-from-home retreat. The space Our property is nestled into the bluffs with a forested backdrop. We have 1 acre and 2 buildings on the property: our Main Home (where my husband and I live) and this lovely Guest House right next door. Guest access Guests have full private access to the Guest House, and we have a natural tree barrier between the Guest House's driveway and our Main House's yard. When there isn't snow, we primarily use our 2nd driveway on the other side of the property for our car, but for longer-term stays we may need to temporarily share the driveway to charge our EV or use the storage shed on that side of the building. We always respect guests' privacy and will communicate if/when we need to share the driveway.
