Quick access to the A29 highway and train station in less than 10 minutes. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of guests and is not included. The space The accommodation was completely refurbished and rented out in mid-December 2023. It includes a spacious bathroom with shower and vanity unit. A perfectly equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, induction stove, cooking utensils and dishes. a very large bedroom with double bed, and a living room area with sofa bed that can be suitable for a "standard" adult or two children. Shutters in the room, fiber optic internet. Closed garden including garden furniture will be available spring/summer for moments of conviviality. Guest access Handing over the keys while waiting for the installation of a key box or connected lock (in progress) Other things to note A double bed is the main bed. For a child, it is possible to use the sofa bed, which is only an extra bed, sufficient for a child or an adult of medium size. It is not recommended for two adults (not very comfortable for two adults because it is not very wide). The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the guests: it is not included in the price. This service can be requested from the owner for 60 euros (ground floor) or 70 euros (floor included) per stay. A notice of the house rules is sent to the guest who booked before their arrival. The traveler must activate a security deposit link of 70 euros which is not deducted but of which an amount of 0 to 70 euros can be withheld in case of non-compliance with the regulations, deterioration or failure to clean at checkout.
