It is a fully equipped 2 rooms apartment located inside an old building in Prenzlauer Berg (a charmy, cosmopolitan, artsy district in Berlin). I offer my living room with balcony as your exclusive rental area for your stay with a wall bed, entertainment TV, mini bar and a comfy sofa bed. Bathroom and kitchen are shared with 1 female tenant. The space The room you will stay feels large in size because of its approximate 30m2 (78 m2 place) and the high ceiling of the old times construction. Same feel for the bathroom and kitchen. It was decorated to offer comfort and appeal on first sight with candles to light up in the room and bathroom as the mood arises. I made the bed setting as soft and cushioning as I was able to manage and chose the white shade as a signal for spotless clean. You will find few sweet details and a bottle of still water - complimentary. You will find bathroom supplies like robes, house shoes, shampoo, shower liquid soap, body lotion, and a special treat for bubble bad with Badedas and a dead sea salt 500gr bag (when possible). The 2 rooms distance in between keeps the 2 worlds apart : ) Guest access Hall, Kitchen, Bathroom, Room with balcony. During your stay I will be glad to share local favorites tips. I can be reached out at short time notice, if there is an incident. Other things to note Coffee (bio fresh grounded) and tea are inclusive but can't please all the varieties of milk preferences (not included). At this moment, the apartment next door is at the end of being remodeled. There maybe some noise during the weekdays after 9-10 am. Entrance to the building and to the apartment will transport you into the old Berlin scene because of the original architectural details kept from the original construction but the apartments are refurbished and modern.
