Stay in the heart of Amsterdam and enjoy a cosy home with plenty of space to relax. The apartment features several comfortable seating areas and a private 35m² rooftop terrace — perfect for sunny days and peaceful evenings. You’ll find everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen. ** AVAILABILITY ** Available again from 2026. I’m looking for someone that can stay in the apartment for the full month of August 2026 for a discount. The space There is a big living room with dining table, a couch, different seating areas (e.g. next to the big window) and many plants. There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils available such as dishwasher, oven, washing machine, blenders, mortar, etc. There is a bedroom available and a smaller room to store your clothes during your stay. The house covers a total of 55m2, the rooftop 35m2. Please note that the apartment is on the fourth floor, and it is a very traditional dutch house so it has some steep stairs to access the apartment. There is also a staircase inside the apartment itself so its not suitable for babies and small children. Guest access you can access the whole apartment, there will be 2 or 3 cupboards available for you to store your clothes. Other cupboards will be occupied with my private clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped and all food/herbs/spices can be used. Please note that the apartment is on the fourth floor, and it is a very traditional house so it has some steep stairs. Other things to note No smoking allowed. There is a steep, traditional dutch staircase that leads up to the apartment (it is on the 4th floor of the building).
