Come settle in and make yourself at home! Guest access When guests arrive, there will be one parking space available per reservation. You'll enter through a chain-link gate and make your way passed the white building next to the alley and to the back door of the house. You'll use a code messaged to you the day of your arrival on the Smart Lock on the black door to access the unit. Outside the unit, you and any pets can utilize the fenced in front yard. Currently there is not any outdoor furniture or a grill for guest use. Other guests and our cleaning team will have access to the laundry room only. This is the room you'll walk into when you enter through the back door. From this room, there will be another Smart Lock that only guests booked at the Cardinal will be able to enter through. Other things to note Additional parking is available half a block north at a free, well lit, public parking lot.
