The space This property, spanning over 100 square meters, is perfect for accommodating 4 guests thanks to its spacious and bright spaces arranged over two levels. The space is divided as follows: 1st FLOOR: -Living room/kitchen -Bathroom 1 -Bedroom 1 -Terrace 2nd FLOOR: -Loft -Bedroom 2 -Bathroom 2 1st FLOOR LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: Upon entering the apartment, you'll find yourself in a spacious living area well-lit thanks to two large windows and a French door leading to the terrace. On one side, there's a well-equipped kitchen with all the main utensils and appliances, along with a pod coffee machine for enjoying a good Espresso. This space is completed by a cozy lounge area where you can relax on two comfortable sofas in front of a flat-screen TV. Alternatively, you can use a typical mountain fireplace that will create the focal point of your evenings. BATHROOM 1: Just past the entrance, immediately on the left, you'll find the first bathroom equipped with a shower and all necessary amenities. BEDROOM 1: Upon entering the property, on the left, there is the first bedroom where you can rest on a comfortable double bed and store your clothes and personal belongings in a wardrobe. TERRACE: A beautiful terrace cannot be missing, equipped with a table and wooden benches, a brazier, deck chairs, and a parasol, offering a splendid view over the entire valley, particularly on the pine forest with the Saracen tower and the bell tower of the village church. 2nd FLOOR: LOFT: Once you climb the stairs in the living room, you arrive in a loft where, on the right, there is a wardrobe containing an ironing board and a parasol. BEDROOM 2: Moving forward, on the left, there is the 2nd bedroom, equipped with a KING-SIZE double bed, a small cabinet containing some board games (including Trivial Pursuit), and a wardrobe for your clothes. Distinctive for its entirely wooden furnishings and large windows, this room offers a view over a side of the valley and the mountains. BATHROOM 2: On the right, there is an elegant bathroom equipped with all the main comforts: washing machine, bathtub with shower head, toilet, and sink. Guest access Guests will have access to every space in the apartment, except for a small room at the end of the hallway on the second floor. Upon arrival at Via Milano 14, you can access the apartment in two different ways: 1. Through the large gate for accessing the garages: pass through the gate and open the first gray door you find on the left (there is another gray door on the right, which instead provides access to the garbage area; to the left of this door, in the corner of the area, you will find the private garage at your disposal). 2. Through the small gate: facing the garage gate, walk a few meters to the left and you will find a steep uphill path leading to a small gate, pass through it and you will find yourself in the courtyard of the condominium where you will see a brown service door, enter and go to the top floor.
