Welcome to Atalaya House! This beautiful 3,400 sq foot home sits on top of a hill with some of the most breathtaking views. With a beautiful private infinity pool looking over the amazing views of the west side of the island. Almost 2 full acres of open land, as well as a beautiful garden with fruit trees and exotic flowers, there is no shortage of things to do at the house. The perfect space to share with all your family and friends. Four bedrooms ready for accommodations of up to 16. The space •• First Floor •• On the first floor you will walk into a beautiful open floor plan with windows instead of walls so you can see the amazing view. We have a ping pong table as well as a tv for those that choose to use it for music only, we have another smart TV upstairs that is used for watching shows, cable, etc. •• Kitchens •• We have 2 full kitchen in the house. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped for anything you may need to cook, while the upstairs one may be used for snacks or beverages. If there are any questions about what we have or don’t have in the kitchens please feel free to reach out. •• Bedroom #1 •• This room is downstairs near the kitchen and includes a king size bed. This is the only room without A/C, but with large ceiling fan and the location of the room you will stay cool. •• Bedroom #2 •• This room is located close to room 1 which is also on the first floor. It has 2 full sized beds and A/C. Both room #1 and room #2 share bathroom, the vanity area it’s outside the shower and powder room to make the use of the area easier for more than 1 guest at the same time. Also, both bedrooms could be accessed by wheelchairs. ••• Bedroom #3 •• This room is located upstairs at the end of the hall on the right hand side. This room has 3 sets of bunk beds with a total of 6 twin sized beds. This room has A/C as well as it’s own full bathroom. •• Bedroom #4 •• This is the master bedroom of the house it is a very large bedroom. It has a king size bed as well as 2 twin beds. This room has A/C as well as it’s own full bathroom. You will see one twin bed in the corner and the other is a pull out bed underneath. It has its own terrace with view to the mountains and the front garden of the house. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your mornings reading or meditating. •• Game Room •• This is the upstairs open area where you will find a kitchen along with reclining chairs and bean bags. There is a 80” smart TV with access to Cable and Netflix. Any question about the TV feel free to reach out. •• View Room •• Open room at the top of the stairs where you will find a nice living room perfect for conversation with friends or enjoying a nice cup of coffee while looking over the panoramic view of the ocean and mountains. You would be able to see the sunrise from here. •• Pool •• The pool is truly the gem of the property. The maximum occupancy is 20 people. This area includes a nice area to eat, a large grill that works with propane, 3 lounge chairs and extra seats around the pool. It is also connected by stairs to the amazing and spacious backyard and to a storage where you would find some beach essentials (chairs, some inflatables…). If you want to have a night swim, don’t forget to turn on the pool’s color changing lights. Guest access Entire House Other things to note > Things to consider < •• Location •• The house is located on the top of the mountain, this is the reason why the view is so amazing and you can enjoy privacy and peace. The road to get there is a whole experience that will allow you to immerse into the Puerto Rican culture better than the tourist areas do. It could be a little bit difficult if you are not used to drive on steep and narrow streets. We would provide the best routes so you can get there safely. •• Extra Guests •• The house is ready for up to 16 guests. However, if you would like to have additional guests for an additional fee, we can set up 2 queen-sized air mattresses in the game room or view room. There will also be extra sheets and pillows. ••Parties and events•• Parties are not allowed at the property without the host permission. If you are thinking about the possibility to host an event/party while your stay please refer to us so we can guide you through the process to do so. Any party or event that takes place without our consent will be subject to a fine. •• Towels •• We provide bathroom towels for each guest and a few beach/pool towels as a courtesy of the house. •• Backup system •• We have a generator and water cistern that serve as a backup in case the power or water goes out. •• Pets Allowance •• If you are thinking of sharing this experience with your pet, please contact us in advance. We do allow small, trained pets for an extra cleaning fee. Fill out a form and pay a deposit upfront will be required. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information. •• Puerto Rico is a place with rainforest weather, as well as flora and fauna. We do our best efforts to protect the house from insects or lizards, but it’s hard to guarantee you will not see them around the house (inside or outside). •• We provide free parking in the driveway for 4-5 cars.
