Self service Breakfast includes Porridge, cereal milk, tea, coffee, sugar. A living room/with sofa that pulls out into a three quarter bed with small kitchenette with space to make teas, coffees, cereal as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee machine. This bedsit is nestled in the trees at the top of my garden, with 3 gates for safety. Close to Temple Newsam house. Thorpe Park and motorway networks. Crossgates Railway station and retail parks within walking distance. There are a few books and games for adults and children, Netflix, free view and Wi-Fi. Cot available please ask In advance.
