Going up a second flight of stairs you reach the second floor where you will find the living area with a large kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher and complete set for the kitchen; a comfortable sofa to enrich the space. From the living area, through two large French doors, you can access the first large outdoor terrace equipped with a table and chairs, comfortable and practical for eating and relaxing as it has a roof, while an external staircase allows you to access the panoramic terrace overlooking Noto and the Church of the Crucifix.
