Beautifully presented throughout, this self-catering home benefits from an open plan fully equipped kitchen / lounge / diner with sliding patio doors leading out to the garden, separate snug with TV. 4 double bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests, en suite to the Master and a modern family bathroom. The space A spacious fully renovated & extended 4 bedroom home located at the end of a quiet dead-end road in the Cotswold Village of Woodmancote. On the ground floor is a spacious hallway leading to a generous open plan kitchen / lounge / diner and separate utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining table for up to 8 guests, foozeball table, and sofas provide seating comfortably for 6 and a flat screen TV. The ground floor has a snug with seating for 4 and another flat screen TV. The ground floor is home to the Master Bedroom with a King Size bed and its own en suite shower - perfect for anyone who may struggle with the stairs. Upstairs on the first floor are 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, another with a double bed and the 4th has a small double. All bedrooms have wardrobes and crisp 100% cotton bedding. The modern family bathroom with shower over the bath services these three bedrooms. This stunning home its own private driveway with parking for 2 cars. Virgin Media Wi-Fi is complimentary and available to use throughout your stay. Guest access The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Other things to note Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar, with a coffee machine provided, one pod per adult per day of your stay. We provide all linen for beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is provided along with a selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms. In the kitchen we provide a tea towels, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets & washing up liquid. We shall provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights.
