To ensure a perfect and safe stay, we ask you to pay attention to these three points: • 🪪 Check-in and Security (Mandatory Action): Due to strict condominium rules, we need to register all guests in advance. Please send the photo of everyone's document shortly after booking. Attention: Failure to send this makes it impossible to be cleared at the entrance and results in cancellation of the stay. • 🚫 Strict Pet Policy: While we love animals, we do not allow pets in the flat to ensure the comfort of allergic guests and preserve our furnishings. Failure to comply results in immediate cancellation (no refund), a fine of R$300.00 per day and an extra cleaning fee of R$550.00. • 🏊 Leisure Areas: The entire condominium infrastructure is available for you to enjoy! Other things to note 📌 COHOUSE 1703: Quick Guide and House Rules Essential Hours • Check-in: As of 2:00 PM • Check-out: Until 12:00 • Sustainability: We kindly ask you to turn off the lights, TV and air conditioning whenever you leave the flat. 🚫 Internal Rules of the Flat To maintain our quality standard and a pleasant environment for everyone, the following is not allowed: • Smoking on the flat premises. • The entry of domestic animals (according to our strict policy). • Holding parties or events. 🏊 Condominium and Pool Area Rules • Safety and Cleanliness: The use of glass cups in the pool area is prohibited, as well as consuming food or drinks in the water. • Beverages: Alcoholic beverage bottles are allowed, provided they are kept in coolers under the table (at least 1.5m away from the pool). • Barbecue: The use of charcoal grills or similar that emit smoke is not allowed. • Common Areas: It is forbidden to walk around the building premises (including elevators and stairs) while wet, as well as to hang clothes, towels or objects on the windows. 🏋️ Amenities and Leisure (Subject to availability) • Swimming pool: Open until 10:00 P.M. • Gym: From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (request the key directly from the reception/concierge). • Game Room: Use by reservation 24 hours in advance. • Coworking: Use by reservation 24 hours in advance, with payment of a fee of R$15.00 per period of use.
