Its name "Genf" comes from "Ginevra," daughter of the first buyer. You can walk from the doorway and take countless mountain trails or the Livigno bike path, which, shielded from traffic, will take you to the town center in total tranquility. By reaching the Palipert ski lift, about 500 metres away, you can access the entire Carosello 3000 ski area directly on skis or by bus. Cross-country skiers, on the other hand, can access the dedicated ring, right in front of the villa. Near the Villa, there are two typical Livigno culinary stops, Cusini Dolce & Salato, ideal for fantastic breakfasts or snacks, and Rosticceria Campestre for ready meals or basic groceries. Sun is one of the villa's three-room apartments and is located on the second floor. The latter is also a great option for 4 guests. There is a large, bright and open living area with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The latter has a generous counter space, suitable for those who do not want to give up preparing home-cooked meals and dinners with friends. The sleeping area is secluded and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower.
