The house has central pellet heating. The space The house has 115m2 of living space. On the first level there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. All rooms are with a French bed and one children's bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth room has one bunk bed. Three rooms have their own closets, no fourth. There's a toilet upstairs. The house has its own private yard,and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Our house is an entire wooden one,and it's warmth. Heating is pellet, we are also air conditioned. Access to the house is paved. Guest access The house is fully accessible to guests. Other things to note Our house is not pet friendly.
