Unique terrace in the heart of Pocitos

The apartment has spacious, comfortable and very bright spaces. Everything is new. Very well located. To enjoy like no other accommodation, there is a grill for exclusive use on a very large terrace with an excellent view of the city. The space The apartment is on the top floor of a medium-sized residential building (10 floors and 4 apartments on the floor), with two elevators and 24-hour surveillance service. The bedroom has a double bed with a foam mattress for weights up to 120kg, an open closet, blinds for total blackout, and a chair and small table to work with a laptop. There is a large and very modern bathroom. A living room with an integrated kitchen where there is a TV with NETFLIX, a very comfortable sofa bed (although that room does not have blackout and a lot of light enters in the morning), and a small table with 4 seats. The apartment's large 55 m2 terrace is a highlight. There is a barbecue grill (roofed) for exclusive use and two areas with a table and outdoor benches (one of them roofed and the other completely outside). Really enjoyable both day and night. In total the apartment has a total space of 105 m2. Guest access They can access the entire apartment without any restrictions. Other things to note I'm starting out as a host.
