[Environment and Facilities Introduction] ● We have a "private large courtyard" where you can "enjoy the stars and gather with your family and friends". ● The B&B is located in a "quiet" alley next to the business district, less than 5 minutes walk to the lively "Donghai Business It can be said to be "prosperous outside, quiet inside". ● The old house is a bungalow on the first floor, "no stairs, easy access without barriers". ● At least 1 car can be parked outside the fence, and there is a special parking lot within 5 minutes on foot. The space [Sishuguangyin/Room Planning] We are an old house with a total of 4 rooms, a shared living room space, 3 bathrooms, and all bathrooms are outside the room. ● Each room has a double bed and a private bathroom, no need to share. ● 600 NTD extra per person for stays of 2 or more. ● Extra bed method/Thin single or double futon mattress will be laid on the floor next to the double bed. Other things to note ● Pet accommodation fee is NT$300 per night/maximum two furry babies per room, please inform us when booking ● The sound insulation of the old house is not very good, please lower the volume after 10pm, thank you for your understanding ● Parking for one car is available in front of the house, parking space cannot be guaranteed. If the parking space is full, you can park at our special parking lot, about 5 minutes on foot, 24 hours in between, at a discounted price of NT$150.
